Technology & Certification
Its semi-permanent lifetime is guaranteed through Griper to feeding device, functions and working efficiency is the same as that of other model. It is composed of feeding, die-cutting, and delivery sections.
- Feeding section : Non-stop feeding is available. Pint balancer can be controlled during the operation, escalates the working efficiency. It is suitable for works related to corrugated cardboard, manila, and P.P fiber by being designed for the precise feeding to die-cutting section.
- Die-cutting section : Precise products are made by accurate die-cutting. The rotation-typed chase ensures the easy correction works and operators' convenience for operation. The air-clutch break blocks and transmits the force generated by fly wheel that the accidents can be prevented, and ensures the permanent lifetime.
It has Touch-Screen on which worker can operate machine easily and check machine condition totally. It is possible to improve quality of products by accurate die-cutting. And chase and cutting plate can be handled and changed easily. Chase is designed with turn-up system so that operator can work easily.
- Delivery section : Sheet piled on delivery table is sorted by paper sorter from front, back, and side directions, and automatically descending according to sheet thickness. Tape inserter showing precise data on sheet according to the sheet numbers set up increases the working efficiency.
- Other devices : The self-diagnosis system built in makes operators work easily and process the error by easily recognizing mechanical errors.
